Guardian ad Litem Services in Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay is home to Our Guardian ad Litem's Central Florida office in Tarpon Springs. Families from St. Petersburg and Clearwater to Tampa, New Port Richey and Bradenton work with a GAL who is based close by and familiar with the local family courts.

When a judge in the 6th, 13th, 5th or 12th Circuit appoints a Guardian ad Litem, our role is to give the court a clear, child-focused picture of each home. We gather records, interview the people who matter in your child's life, and deliver recommendations the court can act on.

How we work with Tampa Bay families

In-person home visits at each parent's residence anywhere in the Tampa Bay area
Follow-up interviews and check-ins by secure video once home visits are complete
Contact with schools, doctors, therapists and other professionals as allowed by the court order
A written report and court testimony when required
